Sam leads Sentra Tech with a clear focus on delivering exceptional client experiences through technical excellence, operational discipline and uncompromising quality. With extensive experience in the design, integration and delivery of premium residential technology systems, he has established a reputation for delivering sophisticated technology solutions with precision, reliability and attention to detail.
Working closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders and project teams, Sam takes a collaborative approach to ensuring technology is thoughtfully integrated into every home from concept through to completion. His ability to balance technical complexity with practical, client focused outcomes has been instrumental in delivering projects that are both intuitive to use and built to stand the test of time.

With more than two decades of executive experience across operations, human resources, business transformation and team leadership, he brings a disciplined, people first approach to scaling the business.
His focus is on building high performance teams, strengthening systems and processes, and driving sustainable growth across Sentra Tech’s residential and commercial markets. Massimo is passionate about creating a strong culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement.

With a practical and detail focused approach, Simon works closely with clients, project teams and trade partners to ensure every system is designed, installed and supported to a high standard. His role is central to ensuring Sentra Tech delivers reliable, intuitive and future ready technology across residential and commercial environments.
