The brief
This project is something truly special.
A secluded five-pavilion residence complete with a stunning private car gallery, surrounded by expansive landscaped grounds that tie this remarkable $12.5 million estate together. Hidden away from the outside world, the home was designed to impress at every turn. The client’s vision was simple – the technology needed to deliver the same sense of occasion as the home itself while remaining effortless to use. Sentra Tech designed and delivered a $210,000 integrated smart home solution centred around Control4, transforming the property into a home that anticipates the way its owners live, entertain and relax. Whether arriving through the gates, exploring the private car gallery, enjoying the home cinema or checking on the property remotely, every interaction is effortless.
Behind the scenes, extensive structured cabling and enterprise-grade Ubiquiti networking span all five pavilions and the surrounding grounds, supporting whole-home lighting, blind and awning control, air-conditioning integration, distributed audio, video distribution, security, surveillance, intercom and centralised data and communications from a single equipment rack. The result is a residence where sophisticated technology fades into the background – enhancing everyday living without ever demanding attention.

With multiple buildings, extensive external infrastructure and a broad range of integrated systems, the challenge wasn’t simply installing premium technology – it was ensuring every system worked together seamlessly while remaining intuitive for the homeowners.
