Designed by Joe Adsett Architects, Vanquish is a certified Smart Passive House by Solaire Properties, featuring a freshwater pool and Net Zero Energy design. After working with Solaire Properties for several years, Sentra Tech was engaged once more to design and install a custom smart home system befitting a home this unique. Attention to detail was unwavering at every step of the way.

Control4 Smart Home Control System with remote access from anywhere in the world, flawless Wi-Fi coverage and hardwired network, keyless entry via mobile phone, Video Intercom answerable from anywhere in the world, Smart Security System, Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, Audio Visual Control, Philips Dynalite whole-home Lighting Control, Ceiling Fan Control, wired for sound.
