The brief
Enviably situated in the brand new Emporium Southpoint at South Bank Brisbane, this penthouse enjoys incredible river and city views. Designed by Chris Clout, the space features secret doors that section off compartments from the main open-plan living, dining and kitchen hub, creating discreet spaces for guests and a seamless finish. Remote access of all technology was essential, as the clients spend part of their time in Australia and the rest overseas.

Control4 Smart Home Control System, CCTV, Security, Access Control, Dynalite Lighting Control, Chilled Water AC Control including individual room temperature control, Pool Control, 4K Video Distribution, Bang and Olufsen TV integration, Future Automation custom TV bracket for poolside viewing, Multi-Room Audio including outdoor audio, Motorised Blinds and Louvres, Networking and WiFi.
Using luxury finishes at every turn and cabinetry with meticulous attention to detail, this system brought together a comprehensive list of technology into one seamless, effortless experience.
