Southpoint C
The clients are a professional couple who spend part of their time in Australia and the other overseas. They engaged Chris Clout to design the unit, and the final result was breathtaking. Remote access of all of the tech was essential so that they still had complete visibility and control when they weren’t in Australia.
Enviably situated in the brand new Emporium Southpoint at South Bank Brisbane, this Penthouse has incredible river & city views. Secret doors section off compartments to the main open-plan living, dining & kitchen hub creating discreet spaces for guests and giving a seamless finish.
Using luxury finishes at every turn and cabinetry with meticulous attention to detail to create a moody ambience and sumptuous feel.

Mandana House
The clients are a young professional couple with young kids building their first home. They created a boldly styled, unique, modern home with a focus on art and outdoor entertaining. As is often the case, initially Matt was the one driving the desire for a cohesive Smart Home System with Hanna excited but not yet understanding the full benefit of the system. Features like remote monitoring of the security and surveillance, Video Intercom, welcome home lighting scenes are features that have led Hanna to tell me that if I ever have a client’s wife that is hesitant she would happily talk to them and tell them how beneficial the system is. They particularly like the keypad access control and management they have over users and notifications they have around their babysitter coming and going. In fact, they are still adding extra items like additional lighting control as they live in the home and realise the potential of the Control4 system.
This system had a comprehensive list of items to control. Some the client already owned, others were new. Control4 allowed us to pick and choose the best solutions for this home Control4 branded or not, and give a truly custom system with control simple enough for even the kids to use.

Vanquish by Solaire
Presenting “Vanquish” | Australia’s largest architecturally designed, subtropical, certified Smart Passive House by Solaire Properties. After working with Solaire properties for several years, we had the pleasure of working in conjunction with them once more to design and install a custom Smart Home system befitting a home this unique. Designed by Joe Adsett Architects, the attention to each detail in this home was unwavering every step of the way.

Laidlaw - House of Gucci
Amid a sea of serene minimalism and neutral palettes, Laidlaw, truly stands out. But to merely label the five-bedroom, six-bathroom riverfront property a home is a vast understatement.
It’s an artwork, where no two rooms are similar, each weaving a unique visual narrative, yet all working harmoniously.
The property sits on the Brisbane River, with a private jetty and ideal city skyline views.
But why look outside? Inside is a blend of black, white and gold accents, opulent Italian marble, intricately adorned archways, custom tiles, vaulted ceilings, Venetian glass tapware, and hand-painted wallpaper, while Venetian plaster and brass also feature heavily.
